DJ REFUND POLICY

This policy outlines payment and refund terms for DJ services provided by Myles Evans (DJ YumDrop).
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure the event date and confirm a booking.
The deposit reserves the date and ensures availability.
Client Cancellations
If a client cancels an event:

Deposits are non-refundable

Payments made beyond the deposit may be refunded at the discretion of Myles Evans depending on the cancellation timeline.
Rescheduling
If the event needs to be rescheduled, reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate the new date.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
If the DJ is unavailable on the new date, the deposit may be applied toward a future event within a reasonable timeframe.
Event Changes
Changes to event times, location, or services should be communicated as early as possible to ensure proper planning.
Additional fees may apply depending on the scope of changes.
DJ Cancellation
In the unlikely event that Myles Evans must cancel due to emergency or circumstances beyond control, reasonable efforts will be made to provide a replacement DJ.
If a replacement cannot be secured, all payments received will be refunded.
